Description
The new Comprehensive Emergency Skills Training Manikin has been comprehensively upgraded and redeveloped. It complies with AHA Emergency Guidelines for CPR and ECC, the system provides many types of cardiac disease emergency scenarios to help physicians train the clinical emergency operation procedures via intuitive user interface. Through dozens of simulated scenes, the system provides abundant real emergency scenarios for physicians so they can get critical information from the simulated emergency scenes to facilitate different diagnoses. For different types of cardiac disease the system provides typical auxiliary examination and drug treatment, and also supports cerebral vascular accident disease diagnosis and treatment training.

Features
- Simulation of vital signs: Pupil LCD is CSTN pseudo-color, 65K color, RGB, Diameter range is 1-9mm. Simulates pupil states freely, normal, mydriasis and myosis. Reproduction of carotid artery pulse, patient moaning, coughing and vomiting sounds.
- Respiration mode: simulation normal, sighing, Cheyne-stokes, Kussmaul-kienm and Boit's respirations
- Airway management: standard oral and nasal intubation, supporting open airway by head tilt and jaw thrust; there is an alarm warning if pressure is exerted on teeth; automatically monitor if intubation site is correct by sensor, support auscultation way to detect intubation site.
- CPR operation training: multiple breathing ways by mouth to mouth, mouth to nose, and simple respirator to mouth; electronic monitoring of airway open, times, frequency, and volume of respiration and compressions times, frequency, position and depth; automatically judge the ratio of respiration and chest compression; showing data in real time with English voice prompts during the whole process.
- AED training: multimedia animation displays the AED operation, support real and simulated AED training; automatically external defibrillating machine provides electrode patch and electrode button, automatically monitors if ECG needs defibrillation, English voice prompts during whole process.
- Usage if simulated injection pump and infusion pump; multimedia displays the operation process of both pumps.
- Training and Assessment: with a large number of test questions, supports ECG, emergency theoretical knowledge, emergency scenes, cases and CPR training and assessment; teachers can also add test according to the teaching content
- ECG monitoring: monitoring of simulated ECG and real ECG via finger-piece blood detecting head, storage of thousands of normal and abnormal electrocardiograms.
- Auscultation: dozens of sounds, including normal and abnormal heart sounds, normal and abnormal breathing sound
- Limbs: Blood pressure measurement training and venous puncture, highly realistic arm vein, realistic skin, and a characteristic of a "Pop" can be felt and blood flash back when the puncture is correct.
- Emergency scenes script training/assessments: with dozens of emergency scenes, covering ventricular fibrillation, pulse-less ventricular tachycardia, pulse-less electrocardio activity, ventricular systole, acute coronary syndrome, bradycardia, unstable tachycardia, stable tachycardia, acute apoplexy, help and train physicians in clinical emergency operations of different electrocardio diseases
- Provide multiple drug therapy and typical auxiliary examination, such as chest x-ray, ultrasound ECG, and 12-lead ECG
